There are many glassware souvenirs shops around otaru. This one is located at the road junction and well decorated. There are a good amount of glassware items and small cute Deco pieces. Quite a nice store to get your otaru souvenirs.

Cute and charming glass art store with a huge variety of merchandise sold. I was instantly drawn by their cat shaped glass bead accessories, which was available in various colors and types. The store is one of many preserved antique buildings of Otaru, so it is an attraction worth to visit itself if you are interested in that kind of thing. The staffs were polite and did not bother nor question ...

I visited Otaru Romankan in late October and was stunned by the beautiful sight of red leaves covering its walls. The shop is located in the heart of Otaru and is easily accessible. It mainly sells glass accessories. You may also notice some western-style paintings on the wall.

Souvenir shop for glass made ornaments and gifts. There's a charm to the place that reminds me of a Christmas workshop. Quite a big warm place to get out of the cold for a while. Recommended to check it out.
