Amazing random choice we have selected, this is a wonderful place for beginners not for intermediate. Rental full gears 5000 yen for adult. There is a ski school there however no coach available for us as we ad hoc asking. The lift chair is 1900 yen for ard 4 hrs. Not crowded. The only setback is u need a cab to get there.

Not a huge resort but a very friendly neighborhood backyard style resort...started snowboarding this year as a new hobby! Pricewise quite reasonable and easy to handle courses! I'd definitely recommend the place for newbies and those who want to enjoy the season without having have to empty their pockets...

It is a small mountain popular with the local community. Great for young kids learning for the first time, but for seasoned veterans, there are other resorts with better courses and much longer slopes.

It’s a very small snow mountain which is perfect for family with kids. I guess we went on the most packed day....it was at least 15 mins wait for the lift and the courses are quite short. Too many people to really enjoy the good snow! But will try to come again for our kids. Make sure you go EARLY to avoid the crowd. The staff said the best time is on weekdays.
Visit from late December to late February for deepest powder and longest night ski hours. Check weather and bring layers; Hokkaido winds can drop temperatures quickly.
