The is no staff at all in the hotel so when lock alarm in opposite room went off there was no one to help. There is no contact with anyone at night so we had a sleepless night. The doors are not blocking any sound from corridor. There is mold in bathroom. Rooms are very small and cramped.

Terrible hotel. Heres why: 1. Cleaning - would give 0 stars if i could. Added some photos. No cleaning service no matter how long the stay. They just put new towels on your door knob. 2. Service - self check in. There are staff members. They literally hide behind a staff only room. Knocked for them at least 4 times on different occasions and reasonable hours, got answered only once. 3. Room - beds...

Would give zero stars if I could. We paid $1000aud for 4 nights. For that you would expect a lot more. This was barely as good as a hostel let alone calling themselves a 3 star hotel. Self check in (too cheap/lazy to even employ staff), no room cleaning/bedding change no matter how long your stay, even the little things such as bottled water in the room or a kettle to make a coffee didn’t exist. ...

Good Location, But Very Poor Security and Support The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was clean, but very small. The bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to even turn around.
