VIA INN SHIN-OSAKA WEST JR-West Group (couple trip)

Although room is alittle tight, it's enough for a single person. It's neat and tidy and bathroom is so clean. Hot and cool water are supported. Especially buffet breakfast is very good, you can choose many foods you love.

I booked a very questionable AirBnB that fell through last minute. This hotel had some availability and was in a great location. The room was comfortable and the bed was fine. No complaints aside from the automated check in process. It was a bit more trouble than it was worth, but overall I would recommend this place.

The room is nice and clean. Located near by shin osaka station. The check in and chect out process is easy by using machine like atm. However, the make up room isn't proper, the bed was stil bit messy. The pillow is bit too soft. Still recommend as a place to stay. Great value.

It was my last minute reservation involving weekend so it was expensive to stay here. As a foreign visitor, I was not able to register on their website as member, thus missing out member discount of 3500 Yen++. I hope they can improve on this as there are many Via Inn around Japan. The hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the station but there are escalators or elevators in the way so it not that bad even if you have a big luggage. 7/11 right by downstairs is quite convenient. For the room, it is decently clean if you don’t look at the walls closely or don’t check the corners for dust.
