Vessel Inn Namba (couple trip)

Overall wonderful experience. My dropped her room key in the elevator and they slid a note under our door to make us aware. The welcome drinks open bar is an awesome touch. The rooms are small or perhaps cozy is a better word but they offer everything you need. The blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in after a night out.

Had a great stay at Vessel Inn Namba and would definitely recommend it, especially for solo travellers. The location is excellent – just a short walk to Dotonbori, with a Lawson right next door and a 7-Eleven further down the street. Super convenient for grabbing essentials or late-night snacks. We stayed for 5 nights and we loved our stay. Desk staff were great, breakfast and drink staff were great, cleaning staff great. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and we really appreciated the ability to quickly walk to most of Osaka's best tourist spots. It was also quite clean and felt new. It is difficult to find a hotel and opinions on comfort and cleanliness are subjective. Hotel overall- Staff was respectful and helpful.
