Absolutely enjoyed our 1 week stay in this hotel. Kind staff, very clean rooms. They cleaned it everyday, restocked all our towels and toothbrushes. Check in was easy. We had breakfast every morning!! I will probably book with this hotel chain again the next time we come to Japan.
