Smile Hotel Namba (solo trip)

The room is pretty decent and casual. The hotel’s location is very good. The staff are very nice and accommodating. But I hope the management pays more attention to the cleanliness of the room. Our room that time was not the best. The room smells bad and it feels like the room is dusty. You can’t see it by eyes, but if you look around, you can easily spot something.

Best hotel in Osaka the room layout is perfect we loved the ambience alot and the best thing is its near the train station recommend to come stay here its near dotomburi as well if u catch the train like 2 stops and its near 7/11 as well

Very worn rooms, which were not very well cleaned. Had to kill a cockroach one night, and the air vents were shock full of dust. The washing facilities available are convenient, but the air filters in the dryers were probably last cleaned sometime in the late Edo period. Very small, toilets sound like jet engines, old school key-key instead of door card. Walls are very thin. Even in non-smoking room sometimes smell smoke. No view from room as the only window is frosted glass. Close to sakuragawa station although the station is very large. Sometimes the train will drop you off close and sometimes about 3-4 blocks away.
