Very basic hotel compared to our hotel stays in Tokyo and Kyoto. They have tiny rooms, small bathrooms, AC is manual, washing machines are semiautomatic, the doors are heavy to open, and Refrigerator is faced the wrong way.

Great central hotel for discovering Osaka. Small rooms but clean, quiet, and great for a restful night sleep. Hotel reception friendly and professional. Our room was serviced and cleaned every day. Our stay came with complimentary breakfast. If this is an option, get it! Large array of foods, which set you up for a great day.

Great location and great service! Room was small but did the job. However the bathroom was tiny. It felt like an airplane bathroom, almost felt the the floor would move as you were in there.. overall would recommend!

As usual, small room. However, the overall performance is great. It's my first time to visit Japan Osaka, and this is my great experience by staying in this hotel! Walking distance to the attractions, streets, restaurants, transport station, etc. worth for the price while it comes with unlimited breakfast!

Clean, spacious rooms with amenities. Breakfast buffet pretty good but coffee not great. Free drinks and microwave are convenient. Location is good for castle and Dotombori.
