Shin Osaka Washington Hotel Plaza (with kids)

Good hotel for business stay far from croud, clean room, next to convini store, close to shin-osaka station one station far to middle of osaka. View from breakfast restaurants is amaizing. Need to improve the breakfast menu. If you are looking for holiday stay it better to get mid town hotel.

I am writing this on lack of sleep because the bed was so so hard it felt like I was laying on a concrete slab. I have never slept on a bed that hard in my entire life. The pillows were also full of beans or something. If you’re a woman with even a fraction of curvature on you avoid this hotel. My fiancée and I used the washer dryer combo. Service was bad, took them 40minutes to sort something that should have taken 5-10mins Was given an invoice and then had to pay ¥560 more then what was stated. Room only came with 1 uncomfortable pillow that was as hard as a rock, the air-conditioning in the room was bad. Forget about air-conditioning in the hallways it doesnt exist. The hotel is close to the Shin Osaka station that has many shops and small restaurants, and there is a Lawson’s around the corner. The staff is also very friendly, but the positives end here. The rooms are outdated, the beds are hard (like sleeping on a wooden plank) and those “dual-sided” pillows are absolutely horrible. If you plan to stay in Osaka, it’s a better idea to look for something close...
