This hotel has flaws that I cannot stand, 1. The room was unusually damp and our clothes were visibly damp the next day. 2. Great location. think Travelodge if you're British. Small rooms. No tea bags or coffee. Some staff unhelpful. Disappointed in the standard.

We stayed here as part of a packaged tour but I enjoyed it. The rooms felt small to what I’m used to but sufficient, clean, and restful. The buffet breakfast downstairs was a bit crowded so sometimes had to wait 10 minutes or so for a seat, but the food was truly wonderful. Maybe silly to say but they were my favorite meals of the whole trip.

Room is decent. They improved on cleanliness. Service is superb with our luggage stored earlier and sent to our room while we were sightseeing. The staff are friendly especially breakfast staff. Location quite quiet but not so close to subway. (Closest nippombashi station 10 mins)
