Quite a mixed bag with this hotel. The hotel feels busy at most times, despite having many staff around, everyone seem to be in a mad dash making the atmosphere quite stressful and chaotic. Fantastic hotel! We loved our stay... truly a gem in Osaka. The location is excellent, with easy access to transit and great connections across the city. The onsen was wonderful, and the room view was incredible. The 2nd floor restaurant is a must-try, though the fact they didn't offer room service was a bit of a let down. We’ll definitely be back. Stayed here as a couple and this is a great hotel. The rooms are on a small side but everything is well placed and convenient. The view from river view rooms is great. Location allows for walking to Umeda, quick subway ride to Namba. There is a sento bath on the top floor as well which many travellers will welcome.
