It was the best room I had so far in Osaka. There was enough space in the room compared with other hotels. There was just the bathroom which had a problem with water drainage.

Booked two months before the travel date. Decided to cancel and they won't offer refund even if it's partial. Insane how it is still two months away and they can still find people to stay in the room but they refuse to refund the money even partially. I am sure the staff are lovely and this review is not for them, hopefully this is something they would fix.

We were are Indian family with teenage kids, booked for three nights two rooms. Hotel is very close to the Shinsaibashi Suji shopping lane and seven minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station. Though the street is crowded, the hotel is in a comparatively quiet locality. There was a Nepali restaurant Himalaya serving Indian food close by as well as a Family Mart. There was a big Daiso closely as well. ...

Great location. No breakfast included with the rate which was disappointing given there wasn't a lot of options close by. The rooms were OK. Large enough to put your case down and be able to walk around it. Weren't able to check in until the actual check in time despite the rooms being ready.

Great hotel for staying in Osaka. Not only is it just a few meters from the metro station, but it’s also located close enough to Dotonbori that you can easily walk there — which is the best way to explore all the amazing local shops along the way. The hotel staff is excellent and truly deserves high praise. I’d especially like to highlight Jingseuk, who is fluent in Japanese, Korean, and English....
