We paid full room fee but this hotel didn’t allow us to live because we arrived late. Said no room first, after that they said we need to pay additional JPY30000 then can have a room! They also refused to refund. So we ended up with finding another hotel at midnight with my kid!

Perf/price’s sake quite nice. Room’s good, clean and big enough with deep bath tub. Easy to spend time around the hotel, in the very hot spot of Shinsekai and not too far from Nanba. Service’s so and so but not bad. Attendants are kind.
