We stayed here for a couple of nights in a twin room. Upon check-in we were greeted politely by two receptionists (I believe that they are Korean) who spoke excellent English (Terry and another man) who gave us a run-down of the hotel. We were able to check in about half an hour before the stated time which was nice as well. We also enjoyed the pancakes and drinks in the lounge that were provided...

Great hotel. The rooms are clean, small but have everything you need. Great location of the place, it is right next to the canal but far enough to not be disturbed at night. And great service. The staff is helping you with everything.

Our stay here was enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, right on the canal. The room was clean and spacious, and had a great view. We had a nice included breakfast in the morning with delicious pancakes. We were able to leave our bags after checkin which was helpful. I would recommend staying here.

A great hotel for visiting Osaka, right in the heart of Dotonbori. Staff a very helpful. Rooms are standard small (for westerners) Japanese style rooms, but quite comfortable and beds are great

Service was great - they provide free and very tasty coffee and cocoa. There’s a nice little lounge, and it’s conveniently located at the river. The rooms however were so small we could barely fit both our suitcases. An instruction sheet said to slot our suitcases under the bed but they wouldn’t fit. The hotel does provide a night gown though so that’s always nice.
