Upscale hotel with suites, rooms, and apartment like rooms (kitchen, dining area, and some have outdoor private balcony). Quiet area away from crowds. My second year here for high tea. Beautiful and lovely service. The food is outstanding. Mayuka was such a beautiful host. So attentive. All the staff make you feel welcome. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone to spend an afternoon here.

My wife and myself really enjoyed our stay. First, we got upgraded to a suite and the suite was amazing . The concierge desk staff were extremely helpful and made us reservations at 3 restaurants. I highly recommend it and if I visit Osaka again, I’ll definitely stay at Intercontinental Osaka !
