Hotel Wing International Select Osaka Umeda (solo trip)

Great place to stay. Very close to transportation hub. Super friendly and helpful staff. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, so I left the luggage at the front desk. When I came back after a couple of hours, I was told the luggage has been delivered to my room. The room is very clean and organized. Highly recommended.

Hotel is nestled nicely at the heart of downtown, where to the west are all the malls and main train station, and to the east are the office and residential buildings. It is also within short distance from many convenient stores - 7-11 and Lawson. Reception staffs are very friendly and willing to help despite some slight language barriers. The room with double bed was very tiny, with a big luggage it was impossible to walk freely in the room. Although, the service was kind and helpful, and a huge plus for cosmetic supplies free to take if needed. The breakfast was an untypical experience for an European as all the dishes very typically Japanese, but fresh and tasty (not my taste though but nice to try).

Stayed here for a week. The hotel location was decent, convenient stores and restaurants close by, about a 5 min walk to the underpass and 15 mins to Umeda Osaka Station. Kind staff, but checked my AC filter and it was quite dusty. Thankfully, the staff cleaned it the same day after I informed them, the room felt much better after. Best hotel I stayed in Japan. The staff is very kind and hospitality was top. Bed was comfortable and sheets/blanket was really smooth. Amenities were enough. I would definetly recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay here again. Thank you so much!
