I stayed here for 4 nights in Febr. 2024 during the days I travel in Kansai. The standard room space is bigger than the other hotel I had stayed. The hotel is near to the Osaka police station, Osaka history museum and the Osaka castle, even more it is not far from Umeda. So here is safe, quire and good for people who is having a trip in Kansai area.

Not a bad hotel. However the room was not clean. Staff didnt seem very concerned as we got nothing more than a sorry and here you have a vacuum. Staff also wasn't really knowledgeable about a big event around the corner and couldn't provide Information. Bed was good as we're the pillows, no complaints there

The perfect hotel in Osaka, near Chuo line metro station, close to Osaka castle. The rooms are fairly big, fully equipped. Smoking room on 3rd floor. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. Everything was fine, there is a 7eleven store nearby. Very good position for your travels around Osaka region. Highly recommended.

The location is good. The rooms are quite spacious though the carpets were stained and the airconditioner vents could have been cleaned.the staff tried their best to help, I personally feel Hotel staff could be better trained with travel information as they would definitely be getting a lot of questions from tourists.Microwave and ice/water facility on each floor is good. Beds are comfortable too...

Hotel is good, you get what you pay for. Although is not completely dirty, room carpets desperately need for either renovation and/or extremely deep cleaning, it feels vacuumed but you can see hundreds of dirt spots.
