Absolutely to avoid. I was supposed to stay at this hotel for 5 nights, but I only lasted one — I couldn’t sleep at all. The room was extremely dirty: broken furniture, a strong smell of mold and dust, stained sheets with hair and other filth. I do not recommend this hotel. The first room they gave me (on the 9th floor) had visible mold on the walls, in at least two places. I'm not talking a little mold either - I mean like a good 6" - 9" long swath of mold. It also REEKED strongly of mold upon entry. When bringing this to attention of the staff they did immediately offer to move us. The 2nd room (on a lower floor) still smelled of mold...

A nice hotel with small clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. An issue arose with the hot water and they immediately accommodated us in an upgraded room. It was a bit of a longer walk to to access shin Osaka station.

This a great option to stay near Shin Osaka Station. Big size rooms for Japan. Location is perfect! A few good ramen spots around the corner. This is the perfect hotel to stay of you are catching a train from Shin Osaka. Bathroom can be a little bit old but nothing that bothers.
