Beds are low to ground, shared bathroom, not 24 hour front desk, only open from 3 pm to evening. Only a few showers on bottom floor. But its a reasonable price. Single rooms only.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Lucky, and this time I stayed for five weeks from the end of October. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with excellent cleaning. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and it felt more like home than a hotel. The location is also perfect, just a one-minute walk from the subway and a three-minute walk from the JR station. I highly recommend it!

Ample room. Has everything you need. Very good price and perfect location in Osaka. Near many train stations without walking too far and Tsutenkaku is a stone throw's away! Extremely good accommodation and we will surely comeback again.

WE FOUND A BED BUG! We only stayed for 3 nights and in the last morning we killed a bed bug crawling over the blanket. After checking out, we had to take multiple showers and wash all of our clothes and luggage. Hotel Lucky said they will take care of the situation, but refused to provide any sort of refund or compensation. Everything else was fair—great value, convenient location, and nice amen...

Very good value for what you get, room is clean and has all the necessities. Shampoo and soap is provided but you need to bring your own towel and toothbrush. The building also has a lift so there's no need to worry about needing to carry your luggage up and down the stairs, same with the metro station nearby. Some downsides is I couldn't figure out how to use the hot water at the tap outside the ...
