The rooms was not really spacious but still comfortable. I had rat problems on the first night staying and I guess the staff was not convinced at all but they still called the exterminator. Located just outside of Kyobashi Station, this hotel is ideal. We booked a superior double room which was located on the 15th floor which is the superior floor however, it wasn't that big but ok for two nights. The view of the city was awesome! Excellent location - right next to Kyobashi Metro Station and above Keihan Mall. Room size as all other hotels in this category was small ( less than 150 sq ft ) but manageable. Front desk is cooperative and breakfast spread is very good.

Directly connected to the station with excellent accessibility. Close to Osaka Castle and easy access to other tourist attractions. Unfortunately, rooms are too small to open suitcases.
