Just a one night stay. Location is perfect. Rooms clean and very spacious for Japan. Service impeccable. Stored out luggage for no extra fee. Loaned us an umbrella since it was raining upon arrival and one person in our party did not have a rain jacket. Entrance is sa bit hidden in a BUSY station but well worth the hunt. Would def stay again

This hotel is perfect for many business stays right above the train station and well positioned for travel to most Osaka destinations. The 27th Club is small but functional and a good option with the rooms there. Great selection of restaurants onsite and in the building too… pretty much everywhere. The shower turns into a stream room as well!

I’ve stayed at upper floor before the room was renovated and nice. This time I picked standard twin room on 21/f and it was old and worn and smelly. So beware if you opt for the cheapest room type like I did. When the furnishing is that old it’s hard to keep it looking clean. Carpet super gross. Bedding seems clean.
