Perfect location and rooms are quiet/comfortable. Luggage can be delivered to/from here using Tebura-kun (look it up to save yourself the trouble of lugging your bags everywhere). Rooms are small but have just enough space in my opinion. Might be a bit cramped for a family though. For the price, it’s very hard to beat. Definitely coming back.
