This hotel would be the best choice for the travelers who want to visit Osaka Expo. The hotel is spacious for the room and you can't expect this size in Japan. The staffs were really kind, especially Maki(?), and some guys could speck Korean and Chinese. Most of them can speak English. The breakfast buffet was a common food. The hotel also offered the shuttle bus to JR Osaka station for free.

Decent quality rooms and good size for Japan. Location is good for the Intex convention center but out of the way for most other things. Room service menu is very limited and very Western but decent restaurants in hotel but not much else around. Biggest annoyance is a charge for cloaking a bag for a fee hours on checkout which is unacceptable for a business hotel and cloakroom only has cash facili...

Get yourself a rechargeable train pass and working knowledge of the different train lines. On the trains, the announcements are Japanese and English, letting know the next train stop, and which train lines are connected at that stop. This makes it easy to get where you need to ...
