Great hotel conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka station. We were there for 2 nights and the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable. The train ran right outside our room but you could barely hear it. It did not impact our comfort or rest at all. Very courteous staff...nice cozy little place...have access to coffee and juice most of the time in the pantry... breakfast is good...5-7 minutes walk to the Osaka Station...theres an Indian restaurant nearby 2-3 mins walk...Lawson and 7eleven is nearby as well.

I stayed here seven nights on trip to Osaka. The location of the hotel is excellent just short walk away from the major Shin Osaka station. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.
