Precious natural hot springs presence in the heart of Osaka city. Older hotel with ample room size and quick wait for the comfortable spacious elevator ride. Nice place with free Onsen. Location is fair as it is in the middle of several Metro lines and it is not near the shopping area of Osaka. The room size is also good just the bed is fair.

When checking out we were surprised with the very expensive charge for using the swimming pool. The hotel is clean but the food is moderate and the service distant and anonymous e.g. Everyone woken up at 5 and no communication, a lot of rules, nowhere to sit in the lobby etc.

The only other thing I d...

Good attendance at frot door desk, comfortable bedrooms, spa, gym and massage available. I don't know if it's for every guests or if my company paid, but I had free breakfast (buffet style) and it was very good. 👌🏽
