BAKURO - DOYANEN HOTELS (couple trip)

Honestly don’t waste your time the hotel is terrible for so many reasons I’m not the type to leave reviews but I had to because it’s bad and it’s deceiving , first of all there’s no showers in the rooms it’s a shared shower with males and females in a separate floor not that it’s a problem but they don’t tell you and on Expedia they show pictures of bathroom , second of all it’s in such a bad area...

The location of this hotel is not great. It's not really close to anything interesting within a 10 minute walk so I would book somewhere further north. There are a lot of workers and some homeless in this area but I only saw them in the day time and at night it was kinda empty so I didn't really feel unsafe. Service it is ok, nothing over standing. Rooms are kind of small for four persons but we only use them to sleep, so is not a big deal. Rooms were clean. Now, the location, definitely is not good, the train station it is only 10 minutes walk but a lot of guys drinking on the streets and couples of them yelled us something in Japanese (and was not very welcoming).

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, there are quite a few homeless people in the alley, and at night it can feel a little unsafe as many of them sleep and spend time there. We were so hesitant about this hotel since it was so cheap. But we are so happy we tried it out. It was so amazing!!! Staffs were extremely friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and was large enough for a family of 4. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.
