b&Tengachaya (solo trip)

My family and I enjoyed our time at b&Tengachaya. The rooms are fairly large, equipped with a bathtub, a standing shower area, mini kitchen, microwave, and a washing machine. Lawson's and Family Mart are nearby, as are train stations, all of which are within 5-10 minutes of the building. The only downside was that we could hear every footstep and thunk that the tenants above us made.

Year Visited : 2024. We loved everything about the apartment. The location (1000 feet from Hanazonocho train station); how it's near to convenient stores (Lawson, Family Mart); near to a 100 yen shop, a supermarket and some souvenir shops; the interior designs of the apartment; and the facilities (a lift, front door entrance with safety features, bath tub, kitchen, fridge, kettle, microwave, hair ...

Great residential apartment feel for those looking to stay in a quieter side of Osaka. Easy train ride from airport. No room cleaning service, but this meant we had cheaper accommodation.

Booked this place through Airbnb. Wonderful spot for those visiting and all amenities are spacious- especially the bathroom! Our room had a balcony where we would relax at night and watch the city. Subway stations are nearby. This was easily the best spot we stayed at during our trip in Japan. Thanks to our host for being so accommodating and responsive! This place is clean, cold and organized. Walking distance to station & convenience store nearby. It also has a café downstairs. We had a great time staying there! The only thing was - train tracks were so close so it could be a bit loud.
