The Strings Hotel Nagoya (solo trip)

Near the station and super convenient. Close to Family Mart and Starbucks. Facilities are okay. The food tastes great!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is a bit far away from Nagoya station (about a 800m to 1km walk) and in general it isn’t easily reachable by public transport but there are shuttles from the hotel to Nagoya station (every 30 min) until the late evening hours. The hotel is look nice as wedding venue but to stay. The room is dusty. The shower has smel like not dry cloth and hair everywhere on the wall. For us it overpriced.

Upscale and service focused hotel. Decore is very modern, clean, and tasteful. Service was top rate and well staffed. Complimentary breakfast has variety of hot and cold items of both western and Asian cuisine. Rooms cleaned daily and coin laundry is available but the dryer is small and takes very long to fully dry.
