Great rooms, tattoo friendly onsen, very friendly staff, definitely recommend! You can ask at the desk for a free face mask as well, just a little bonus

I have awesome stay of 3 nights in your hotel. The housekeeping did a wonderful job each day. Love the location as it has an entrance to the Unimall. Super convenient especially when I would prefer to hide underground.

The location is fantastic as it’s right by a shopping mall and direct underground access to JR Nagoya. However the rooms weren’t clean even though it was getting cleaned daily. Very dusty and many items under the bed. The room was also tiny and the bed not very comfortable. They definitely need refurbishing. For the price we paid we were expecting a 4-star hotel but we were rather disappointed
