Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya Sakuradoriguchi (couple trip)

Located just a 5 minutes walk from Meitetsu Nagoya station. A small hotel with great service and limited facitlies. Staffs are great, a laundry room with 4 machines, 2 microwave and 2 vending machines. Rooms are micro sized but cheap.

Very quiet hotel! Helpful staff. 3 elevators. Washing machines. Mostly Chinese guests (August stay), I've never seen so many. Edit - I should say though that some were from Hong Kong and Taiwan. My room 1813 had obviously been carpet cleaned recently as the carpet everywhere was moist. It would have been better for the hotel to wait until it dried. Close to Nagoya station. Nice stay.

This hotel has a lot going for it considering its price. Rooms are comfortable, though small. There is just enough room for 2 people to move around, but we did bump into each other several times. The bathroom was modern and functional, and the AC worked very well.

Booked the room through Agoda. The hotel is only 10 min walk from Nagoya station. You can follow the Midland Square sign underground because it’s on the street behind Midland Square, attached to Mister Donut store (which is a good option for breakfast). The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from Nagoya Station. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the clothing donation box and luggage scale in the lobby—it really shows that they consider the needs of travelers.
