The hotel was satisfactory during the trip to Japan. The buffet is filled with Asian food that we are familiar with.

In the heart of Nagoya. The service was top notch. The room was the best I’ve had in a month long Japan trip. The Espacio lounge had great food, alcohol, and views. 100% would recommend.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at the hotel. We are thankful for the friendly staff that helps even on bring the stroller up on the lobby from the outside. I would suggest to offer an extra bigger pillow in case needed. The staff gave us a pillow for baby. Overall, we like the hotel very much. It is near to the Sakae and Nagoya Station.

The hotel has a great location near Fushimi Station and offers clean, well-maintained rooms. The lobby is nice and welcoming, and the staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety. However, the rooms and facilities feel a bit dated, and the space is quite compact. Overall, it’s a decent choice for a short stay or business trip.

Centrally located hotel. Excellent service. Took a room with four double (advertised as twin) beds. Very comfortable. Amenities included a deep bath, good quality disposable razor, hair dryer, mini fridge and, surprisingly, pajamas. Free drink bar on the sixth floor that included a variety of coffees, teas and sodas. Provided water bottles each day. Highly recommend and would stay again.
