Amazing experience, hotel was connected to a takashimaya and close to the train station. The staff was pleasant, the hotel was great, and had free hair combs, hair bands, tooth brushes, and razors. There is also a tablet that you can use to add an alarm and turn off the lights! Staying here is a great option!

2nd time in Nagoya, the location here is very convenient, speticalor view in my room and can see Nagoya castle and the far away mountains line. Service by both Front Dest team and Housekeeping team are all professional and we can feel the traditional Japanese hospitality. Higly recommended to my friends to stay here and re visit for my next journey.

This hotel is really perfect. Accessible to several shopping areas, restos, and convenient stores. Strategically located also to trains and buses. Room is so clean, spacious, and staff are also helpful and nice. Check in is at 3pm. If ever I will visit Nagoya again, I will stay in this hotel again. Thank you JR Gate Hotel! Cheers!

Great stay but was disappointed we couldn’t get to our room after long trip before 3 PM. The payment and extra room key should be at the same location as the check in. The room view was amazing and the room design and amenities were great. The location of the hotel at Nagoya station, the shopping areas and closeness to the Shinkansen line are very convenient.
