I booked the deluxe triple room with View. It was a corner room with big wide corner windows that give you good view of the city. The room itself is reasonable sized however, the large bed meant for 3 adults took up most of the space. A disappointment was that although it states a triple room, in actual it is 2 extra large bed put together. So the adult sleeping in the middle would feel the gap be...

As usual for Mitsui Garden Hotels it has a good location and beautiful rooms. Staff is nice, but there was a long queue for checkin in the afternoon. It seems the hotel is quite busy with lots of travellers. Which brings me to the next point: Two washing machines is not nearly enough. The machines have been busy since we arrived. Overall is very good, but still some spaces for improvement. Pros: Perfect view from the room, looking over Nagoya city, room is clean over the period. All the staffs we met were super nice and friendly. Convenient store is just opposite to the hotel. Cons: some other residents were not so nice. Require elevator transition to access the room.
