I’m very happy to stay in this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful! I live in 19th floor the view is great and the room is clean and has almost everything I need which makes me feel so comfortable to stay, definitely will be my priority for next time!

The location is great ,walk around 5mins to the main station. And the service was great as well. There are a few shortcomings: 1. The air conditioning in the room is not cold enough, the temperature can only be maintained at about 25-26 degrees, which is too hot for summer. 2. The refrigerator in the room has no freezer and is not cold enough. Please replace the refrigerator!

AMAZING VIEW! The staff are amazing and so is the location— but the room we stayed in had stains on the carpet/walls/desk chair and surfaces. It was dusty & It didn’t feel clean. The mattress didn’t have a lining for the lower level and the AC didn’t work well. As for the sheets & pj’s they were freshly washed.

We stayed for the F1 weekend in Suzuka. The hotel was nice, comfortable. The rooms were clean and the location was great for being near the station and various food places and combinis.

We stayed in 21st floor, clean and comfort room, adequate space for luggage, but still hear the sound of running trains. Very good toilet and bathtub. Hotel provides coffee and all amenities. Breakfast is also good, at the tonkatsu shop first floor.
