This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The laundry is not working. I have dried my clothes twice, for a total of 1.5 hours, but my clothes are still wet. They took out my clothes without my permission, and the section is not yet complete. They only left a message on the paper. They claimed that it was taken out at 21:30, but we arrived at 21:29. Why can they come from the future????

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Very nice and beautiful facilities, very clean and comfortable and was located in a great area in Nagoya with multiple convenience stores nearby plus the Nagoya City Science Museum few blocks away. Price was excellent given the the quality of the hotel and finally staff very helpful and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality price ratio. Exceeded expectations in comfort (great beds) and size. Staff was very helpful in helping us send our luggage to the next hotel. And it was quite close (walkable to Fushimi metro).

Everything was great! The room was really clean, bathroom was spacious, the front desk staffs were friendly. One thing there is no elevator from hotel entrance to the building entry way... so be aware if u plan to travel heavy...
