The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a non smoking room, our first room smelled like smoke so we asked to move and the 2nd room smelled like a damp room but we opened the window for a bit and then turned on the AC. It should have been a non-smoking room but there was a burn mark on the comforter. The building is run down, I wouldn't go back here.

Staffs are friendly. Location is good, with subway station and several restaurants and shops nearby. Single room is small but it will be okay if you just need a place to take a shower and sleep.

It was great staying at this hotel. Always cleaned up anywhere especially there are public hoy spring which was not small with some amenities. Also break fast buffet was perfect. They were preparing fish meal, meat meal, egg meal, serial, bread, white rice and miso soup. Room was not large but it was okey.
