Hotel Actel Nagoya Nishiki (solo trip)

I have been staying in this hotel for many years practically when it just opened. Have been v sastified with it till this round. Whn I checked in, I found a supposedly clean face hand towel hanging on the sink with a pubic hair on it. How disgusting. I think ur housekeeping needs to wear glasses. Pls upgrade your service.

Unbelievable, there are no plug at all on the table and near the bed. There is only 1 port USB type A. Recently most of the phone and tablet are using type C. So 1 typeA is useless. The plug socket only in front of toilet near to the entrance. This really bad design. Don't believe how it can get up to 4.2 stars on Google. Becarefull

Very clean rooms, good and friendly service. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but we managed to fit 2 full sized luggage bags and were able to keep them open and be able to rearrange. Bathroom was also decently sized. Location is very central close to main street with shopping, nightclubs etc. The area is quite dirty compared to other Japanese cities.

The cleaning of the room left something was shallow. Dust and hair everywhere ! It is difficult to make oneself understood even with the help of translation applications (but the staff is willing, kind and courteous!). The neighborhood is noisy and dirty. When I came to check in I was 20 minutes early, so they made me sit and wait to check in. Then someone else arrived after me and they checked that couple in first. Single rooms are glorified coffins, so comicly tiny as to be unsafe. I kept bumping myself on corners and walls, and the bathroom is a good 30cm above the floor, so it's a significant and dangerous step up/down. There was NOWHERE to a...
