DEL style NAGOYA-NAYABASHI by Daiwa Roynet Hotel (couple trip)

Staff force me to move my car while no one is waiting at the loading zone or the lobby before they would check in my room. So my family ended up waiting with their luggage at the lobby for a long time after a 5 hour drive journey. Their in-house parking is full. Not the biggest of rooms, but layout is somewhat acceptable. Bathrooms is huge if you opted for bathtub style room. Location above average as you still have to walk at least 15 mins from Nagoya stn. There is a mall with pharmacy and Donki supermarket right adjacent to it which is pretty convenient for last min shopping.

1. rooms are small like most japanese hotels. rooms doesn't feel outdated but it is small so be prepared for that. 2. location is far from most attractions but it is a quiet neighborhood. 3. you might assume that you can walk to nagoya station but it is farther than it looks. closest railway is about 10 minute walk. unless you have a car, I recommend staying near a railway station.

A vibrant, modern hotel in a good location. Very clean with good amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Great views if you're high enough. We need to walk from Fushimi-station for about 5-10min. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. But they are as small as a Japanese small business hotel. Rooms without a bathtub seem to be more spacious. Since I chose a room with a bathtub, there was only space for the bed. Breakfast is a buffet at the café next door.
