Comfort Hotel Nagoya Fushimi (solo trip)

Hopeless. Phone won't answer, just Japanese message then it hangs up, no email contact provided on the website, so you have to use other service - Messenger, when I do the automatic reply answers are all about Comfort inns in general, and they add that the facility depends on the particular hotel. So I cannot ask anything for me to stay there. You lost a potential customer.

Comfort Hotel Fushimi is just a 4 minute walk from Fushimi station exit no.3. Fushimi station is just next to Sakae station which is 8 minutes walk. The room is nice and clean. They have a library space on the 2nd floor where you can relax. Free coffee, juice and other beverages you can drink while reading books, taking a rest or a short nap. The rooms smell like wet dog / inside of a mildly washed fishtank. We booked multiple rooms so this is not just a one room issue. They provided one deflated pillow. Otherwise clean bathroom, moderate ac and decent service. Location is great. Just the strange smell in the rooms did my head in.

Air conditioning is okay. Couldn't get the perfect setting, too warm or too cold or fan blew on you. Bath room is moldy smelling even with the fan on. Everything was very clean everywhere on the property. Otherwise it was a reasonable price and the breakfast buffet adds a great value to our stay. Front desk staff was very helpful with directions, loaner umbrellas and extra pillows.

Must stay hotel in Nagoya. Super near to station, and it is very convenient to walk around to those locations I want. Their breakfast is super best. Highly recommend!
