Perfect for people who like to enjoy quiet moments. I came in summer but this place would definitely be better in spring or fall. The lake is serene and the koi fishes are friendly. The forest-ish side has mosquitoes, so if you're coming in the summer, be sure to have insect repellent. 100¥ off if you have the 24 hour rail pass.

We spent most of our time by the lake where the scenery was tranquil and beautiful. There are also short walks shaded from the sun.
