What makes it 81% Baby-Friendly: Wide ramps, stroller rental, nursing room, and change tables aid parents, and gentle tank lights calm infants, but exhibits and talks aim at older children so engagement remains limited.
Why 1-2 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Short indoor route covers main exhibits without tiring the baby.
360° Shoaling Ring Tunnel:
Walk inside a circular tank as Yellow Tail Fusiliers swim overhead.
Tip: Go early to avoid crowds and let your baby watch uninterrupted.
Underwater Sunken Ship Tunnel:
Stroll through a glass tunnel beneath sharks and rays.
Tip: Use the lower rail so your baby can see the fish at eye level.

The aquarium isn't very big, but it's very pretty. It has a good variety of fish, and the decor is very pretty. You can also take the opportunity to visit Legoland right next door. Outside, depending on the day, you'll find some festivals with craft and food stalls. The aquarium has a very pretty blue color, which makes the photos look better.

🎟️ I don't think it's worth getting the combined ticket with Legoland. ⏱️ You can walk through the whole thing in just 10 minutes. 🐠 Just a few aquariums and touching starfish is the only real activity. 😐 Nothing particularly interesting.

Ticket set available to purchase together with LEGO LAND. It's a small house aquarium and decorated with LEGO blocks. Could spend half an hour here after done with LEGO LAND.

I liked this place, but i feel it lacks content, it lacks more fish and more stuff to interact with. I paid for the backstage tour, it was only in Japanese, which is good, so I can practice my Japanese, the guide was nice, but it wasn't either a big deal. This could've been included in the whole package as well.

Great little place. We did the behind the scene tour and it was really interesting. The tour is in Japanese only. But as we were the only people on the tour as we came on a weekday, the guide made a huge effort to ensure we understand. She did everything from actions and using her phone to do translation to English. The behind the scene tour was pretty good.
Indoor exhibits run year-round; visit on weekdays for fewer crowds.
