Sorry I could only give it four stars! That’s because the day before I visited this spa, I had had a good time at 湯吉郞♨️, which was WAY better than this Raku Spa. No comparison no hard feelings. The Raku Spa was smaller, more overpriced and yet more overcrowded, but the facilities were in no way better than 湯吉郎。

Decided to visit it on the spur of the moment and took the free shuttle bus from Sakae station. First you keep your shoes in a locker, then you register to go in and get your onsen clothes and towel. A total beauty !!! This was my first experience at an Onsen and would definitely recommend this place ten out of ten. I went in the afternoon and I wish I would have gone sooner because there was so Much to do! For only the equivalent of 16.00 usd you could have a day worth of fun! Kid friendly!
