The Thousand Kyoto (couple trip)

Close to Kyoto station very convenient location especially you are not driving. Great service. Lobby is so pretty. Room bed is super comfortable.

This was the hotel where I expected more as we paid the most for our stay here compared to other bookings. Our room was spacious but it was facing the cemetery and you can hear the train tracks from outside. While it's close to Kyoto station, at night it's pretty dead and there's not much to do around here. Customer service was good although wish they could have done something to make our stay me...

We are family of four visiting Kyoto. Modern and stylish. Location very good, just next to the station. Staff very helpful. Highly recommended. The only negative is that there is no view.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful reception and concierge, excellent location. The room and bathroom was large and spacious, lighting and curtains etc. are controlled via iPad. You can also order amenities and a little robot delivers it to your door. Very cool. Highly recommend.
