The Pocket Hotel Kyoto Karasuma Gojo (couple trip)

Great location! Easy to go everywhere by bus. Tatami very comfy. Generally is clean. Abit noisy cuz facing main road, but tolerable Not cheap for such small room, hotel in Kyoto is much expensive than other cities like Osaka/Nara.. If you are looking for a budget and good location to sleep, this is good!

The hotel is in a great location — really close to the train station, convenience stores, and a supermarket. Check-in and check-out were unbelievably precise, down to the second. There’s a coin laundry and vending machines available, plus the bath and toilet are separate and never crowded. There’s also a microwave and hot water with paper cups provided in the lobby. I’ll definitely stay here again...

Note: This is Pocket Hotel Karasuma Gojo I get a room for 4 people, you can drop your luggage before check-in time, the room is small, but the facilities inside are great. I was travelling on my own, the single room had as much space as I needed. There's an area under the bed for storage. The bed was comfy and there was aircon in the room so I could adjust the temperature if needed. The bathrooms were very clean and there were plenty of showers.
