Stayed on 2025.12.11, Room 316. All the staff here are incredibly nice, especially Mire Kano-san, she was extremely helpful and friendly.❤️💯 One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Arashiyama with slightly higher budget.😆

I chose Suiran because of its location. You can drive and park there if you are staying there. Easy walking to the nearby shopping streets. Also very nice environment. Professional staffs too. Only the room is a bit old. All sockets and TV are not so modern. Tiles of the shower room very slippery because I slipped and fell on it. Fortunately I'm not injured.
