A little walk from Kyoto station.The hotel was located just beside Lawson convenience store.The hotel lobby was quite small and compact,more then 10 people will be full house. They provide free sanitary items and pyjamas at the lobby as well. The breakfast was Japanese and western cuisine...not much selection but it was good enough.

Efficient, clean rooms and cost effective relative to many Kyoto hotels. Close to Kyoto station for subway and shinkansen, but the subway isn't as useful in Kyoto as in other cities so that's less of a positive than you might think. Stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent, with a Lawson convenience store right next door. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. Each morning, a simple breakfast is provided, and the daily menu is displayed in the lift. I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Kyoto.
