Sekia Wagaya Hotel (with kids)

Had a great stay here. The staffs are friendly side very helpful. The room is as described. There is a supermarket right across the street. A bus station is also right around the corner. The nearest train station is a 20 min walk.

The room is about 37 square m , which is spacious, also clean but bed is quite hard . I stayed 2 nights and I found all staff are friendly and helpful . The bus stop is front of hotel and supermarket is opposite. 15 mins away by bus to Kyoto station.

We booked 3 persons. It looks like an apartment since having a small room for 2. The room has separate air conditioner. It also has balcony, hair dryer, … Staff is friendly. You also can have them kept luggage before checkin and after checkout for hanging around. Love to stay. Amazing good job.

There is a lot of plus of this hotel, the room is big, the amenities is nice, the location is near the bus stop and in front of the bit supermarket. But, the minus is the wifi is useless it can’t connect.

Hotel was ok for the price but much smaller than it appears on most of the pictures on booking sites. Reception was unstaffed most of the time and each time we had to enter the building through a pass code. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. However, room was nice and clean. Location was convenient with a supermarket and bus station in close proximity.
