Perfect hotel for our stay in Kyoto. The location is wonderful, as it's surrounded by excellent bars and Izakaya. It is only a 10 min walk to the Nishiki food markets and 3 different train lines. Great location and very peaceful and quiet here. Lovely hotel. Room is quite small but as expected! Friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable bed and good for short stay! The only thing I didn’t like was they blank out the windows here and I think for a small room, you need a view!

Best hotel of my trip to Japan by far. Loved the calm and clean atmosphere, the ample vending machines, coin laundry with instructions in English, helpful staff, bath, large well designed rooms, and superb water pressure.
