Very friendly staff and very clean facilities. I quite like the electronic lock as well.

We loved everything about this place. The staff were really friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and fresh. Great location but so peaceful in the rooms. Our favourite stay in Japan!

Check in was fast, the receptionist was there to help us even as we checked in at 10pm. We were supposed to be able to check in ourselves with instructions sent to us via email, but since the receptionist was there, he helped us with the process. Most hotels in Japan have small rooms, so we are not too surprised to find that this one is small. But it's amazing how they can still fit 3 single beds in the room, of course that will leave no more walking space left. We were barely able to open our luggage cases on the floor. This No reception hotel was good. Clean, huge space, free laundry and ok location. Check-in procedure wasn't a problem for me, but it is a little bit complicated. It should be improved because of too many passcodes. Please notice, Internet access is required for check-in. Check out time is very early on 10 am. Also, there is no luggage storage.
