M’s Hotel Kyoto Station Kizuya (solo trip)

Great location close to the mall, train station and many coffee shops & restaurants. Although this hotel had few staff and little amenities to offer, we were still happy with the overall stay and the friendliness of the staff we encountered. Check in & check out process was quick. The entrance with code access gave us more peace of mind.

Close to the Kyoto central train station - that is the main plus. Rooms: - very clean upon arrival - no reading light at the bedside - one side of twin bed stands against the wall which is inconvenient. - couldn’t get 2 separate blankets for our twin room, the only option was to use hotel’s standard blanket for 2 people. - the window from some rooms faces a wall of a neighbouring building (about ...

Room size was very comfortable for 2 people. Location-wise it's perfect, near kyoto station and lots of izakayas nearby. However, room service only available once every four days and only one washing machine available for the entire hotel... Although it wasn't an issue for us, there is no breakfast option.

Perfect little hotel I was impressed how spacious the room was for the price I paid for the stay the lady at the front was very kind and made me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived I would definitely stay here again , side note they got a laundry room if you need to do a quick load only takes 100 yen coins!!

Neat small hotel close to Kyoto Station. Check-in is at 4, but you will receive an email with the code to enter the hotel and can leave your luggage in until 4pm. You can find a small rail with a "bike lock". Lock you luggage and take the key with you. At 4 pm check-in was quick. You don't get a key/card, but a receipt with codes of the main door, room number and code for your room. Room is quit...
